2 1/2 c Bisquick
3 tb Mustard; prepared
6 tb Water
16 oz Hot dogs
2 cn Chili; 15 oz each or 4 cups
1/2 c Cheddar; shredded
Preheat oven to 425. Grease a 13 x 9 pan. Combine bisquick, mustard
and water in small mixing bowl. With fingertips dipped in baking mix,
press dough into bottom and up sides of prepared dish; set aside.
Quarter hot dogs by cutting in half lengthwise and again crosswise.
Place hot dogs on dough. Spoon chili over hot dogs. Sprinkle with
cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
