3 Eggs, well beaten
1 c Light corn syrup
1 c Crushed pineapple with juice
1 c Flaked coconut
1 c Sugar
2 ts Flour
1/2 Stick margarine, melted
1 10 in unbaked pie shell
Combine eggs and corn syrup, beat until well blended. Stir in remaining
ingredients and mix well. Spoon into pie shell and bake at 350? for abt. 30
mins, or til pastry is brown and filling is firm.
Serving Ideas : We eat as is with not topping.
NOTES : You need to watch this pie so it doesn’t burn. It is rather
delicate to bake.
