Potato Rye Bread

Ingredients & Directions


2 1/4 ts Active Dry Yeast Ground
2 1/4 c Bread Flour 1 tb Dill Seed
3/4 c Rye Flour 1 tb Caraway Seed
1 1/2 tb Sugar 3/4 c Mashed Potatoes
1 1/2 ts Salt 1 1/2 c Buttermilk
1/2 ts Black Pepper — freshly

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your ABM manual and
process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer’s
directions.
