1 c All-Purpose Flour 1 ts Vinegar
1/3 c Lard Or Crisco 1/3 c Ice Water
Combine the flour, lard, and salt, breaking up with a fork until a
crumbly consistency is reached. Add the vinegar and enough ice water
to make a soft dough. Roll out on a floured board into a 9 inch
round, and then press into a 9″ pie pan.
NOTES: The addition of the vinegar adds flakiness to this crust.
